Please file a Return & Refund Request / Exchange Request within 7 days of delivery, attaching a high-quality image of the delivered product clearly displaying the problem (in scenarios of damage/defect), including your order specifics to info@sycaro.com.
Please report any damage due to transportation to the product within 48 hours of delivery by email, or else Sycaro Studio doesn't assume any responsibility for accepting the product.
We do not provide any returns or exchange for International orders.
To qualify for a return or exchange, ensure that the item remains unused, maintained in the exact condition as received, and kept in its original packaging along with the receipt or purchase proof.
We strive to fulfill each order according to the details and timelines specified, corresponding to each product. However, if any unforeseen limitations or difficulties arise on our end which prevent us from shipping or delivering the order, it will consequently be cancelled. Any remuneration paid by you will be refunded.
We will not process a return if you have chosen an incorrect product, model or color. A refund will only be contemplated when the relevant documents and proofs are presented by the involved customer.
Kindly note that you are not entitled to refunds in instances of delivery delays due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, poor weather, fire, flood, war or any cause that is beyond our control.
We hold total authority to reject any returns or exchanges not adhering to the described criteria.
If the fee is deducted but the order is not confirmed, consult with your bank. Normally, it takes about 7 business days for the bank to reverse the amount.
It's also important to delineate that we may refuse to repair, replace, or refund a product if you :
i) Have used or opened the product
ii) Misutilized the product causing the issue
iii) The product is broken, tampered with or damaged
iv) Other exceptions applied under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Post verification of return eligibility, we will communicate with you. Once your return/exchange request has been approved, we will schedule a reverse pick-up and begin with the refund /replacement proceedings, which will activate only after product reception.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
